The roast, prepared in Italian way, is a wonderful dish that can be served as a main dish for a tasty and elegant dinner.
The roast , however, often fails hard or dry and stringy , while we seek to serve succulent and soft slices, just like the restaurant.

L'arrosto di carne è un magnifico piatto che può essere servito come secondo durante un pranzo importante, o come piatto unico per una cena gustosa ed elegante.
L'arrosto però spesso riesce duro o asciutto e stopposo, mentre noi desideriamo servire delle fette succulente e morbide proprio come al ristorante. 

The choice of meat is critical to the success of the dish : we suggest you choose chump or walker .
We bought a magnificent rolata from our butcher , with a nice piece of rump steak stuffed with ham and bacon.


La scelta della carne è fondamentale per la buona riuscita del piatto: vi consigliamo di scegliere scamone o girello. 
Noi ci siamo fatti preparare una magnifica rolata dal nostro macellaio di fiducia, con un bel pezzo di scamone farcito di prosciutto cotto e pancetta. 

As a side dish we chose our aromatic baked potatoes , and we enjoyed a wonderful dish that was very welcome even for children.

Come contorno abbiamo scelto le nostre patate aromatiche al forno, ed abbiamo gustato un magnifico piatto che è risultato graditissimo anche ai bambini.
